About the Role
Bee Tennis Studios is looking for motivated and mature 8th graders and high school students who love tennis and want to share their skills with younger players. As a Junior Coach / Hitting Partner, you'll work under the guidance of a Head Coach to rally with kids under 10 on both red ball courts and full-sized courts. Your main job? Be encouraging, keep the energy high, and help create a fun, safe, and positive environment for young players to grow their game. This is an as-needed position—perfect for students looking for flexible, occasional work that still builds valuable experience.
What You'll Do
Rally and feed balls with kids U/10 under the supervision of a Head Coach
Keep players engaged, moving, and motivated during practices
Assist with setup, ball pick-up, and equipment organization
Model good sportsmanship, enthusiasm, and teamwork
Follow instructions from lead coaches to ensure smooth, safe sessions
What We're Looking For
Student Status
Mature and dependable 8th graders or high school students
Tennis Skills
Strong tennis fundamentals and ability to rally consistently
Communication
Positive attitude, patience, and great communication with younger kids
Energy
Energetic, friendly, and willing to learn coaching basics
Availability
Able to commit to occasional shifts in afternoons, evenings, or weekends as scheduled
Compensation
